Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Property Solicitor to join our client, a well-established law firm with a national reputation for excellence in the Property sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of Commercial Property related transactions, ensuring the smooth running of work files.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Take responsibility for all aspects of Commercial Property related transactions, ensuring the smooth running of work files.
  2. Work closely with the Head of Department, Director, and a support team to handle sale and purchase transactions, commercial leases, and other related documents.
  3. Draft and negotiate contracts, transfers, and commercial business leases.
  4. Respond to property title enquiries and enquiries from other legal representatives.
  5. Actively promote and develop the services of the Commercial Property department and the wider firm.
  6. Provide day-to-day supervision of junior colleagues and support staff.
  7. Achieve billing targets in line with departmental goals.

Requirements

  1. Qualified solicitor with experience in Commercial Property transactions.
  2. Strong knowledge and experience in drafting and negotiating contracts and leases.
