Commercial Property Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Property Solicitor to join our team in Bristol. As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will work on a variety of development and commercial property work, including land acquisition options, promotion, and development agreements, due diligence, finance matters, joint ventures, and site setup for subsequent sales of plots.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing firm and work on a range of challenging and rewarding projects. You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of lawyers and develop your skills and expertise in commercial property law.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years' PQE in commercial property and experience in development work. You will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of commercial property law and a ability to work effectively in a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on a variety of development and commercial property work, including land acquisition options, promotion, and development agreements, due diligence, finance matters, joint ventures, and site setup for subsequent sales of plots.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Contribute to the development of the firm's commercial property practice.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in commercial property law and best practices.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years' PQE in commercial property.
  • Experience in development work.
  • Strong understanding of commercial property law.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
