Key Responsibilities- Assist the digital optimisation team in executing the personalisation roadmap, ensuring seamless customer journeys and maximising business value.
- Support the optimisation of 3rd party tools, ensuring they align with our business goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyse customer behaviour, identifying pain points and proposing data-driven solutions to improve the user experience.
- Collaborate with the CRM and marketing teams to ensure consistent and personalised messaging across all touchpoints.
- Develop and implement personalised content strategies, leveraging customer behaviour and preferences to drive engagement and conversion.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities, identifying opportunities to enhance our digital offering and drive business growth.
- Proven experience in digital optimisation, product management, or analytics roles, with a strong understanding of customer behaviour and data analysis.
- Experience working with on-site personalised and recommendation tools, with a focus on delivering business value.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics and ContentSquare.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
