About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Optimisation Specialist to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our digital team, you will play a crucial role in driving our digital roadmap and helping us achieve our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in executing the personalisation roadmap to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates.
  • Support the optimisation of 3rd party tools to ensure business value and improve customer experience.
  • Monitor and analyse customer journey data to identify pain points and propose improvements.
  • Work closely with the CRM and marketing teams to ensure consistent and personalised messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Monitor competitor activities to identify trends and strategies that could benefit Frasers Group.
  • Help develop and implement personalised content for users based on their behaviour and preferences.
  • Monitor data trends over time to identify significant changes and potential opportunities for optimisation.
  • Assist in mapping out the customer journey using data insights to identify key touchpoints and areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital optimisation, product management, or analytics role.
  • Proven experience reviewing on-site customer experience.
  • Experience working with on-site personalised and recommendations.
  • Experience of analytical tools (such as GA and ContentSquare).
  • Experience managing day-to-day relationships with third-party tools.
  • Understanding of personalised algorithms and their impact on the customer journey.
