Aberdeen City Health and Social Care Partnership is seeking highly motivated and forward-thinking Community Nurses to join our team. As a Community Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in their own homes.

We offer a range of full-time and part-time opportunities for Community Nurses, with a mix of permanent and temporary posts available. Successful candidates will be placed in the most suitable teams to provide them with the experience and skills needed to excel in their role.

As a Community Nurse, you will be required to be flexible with your working hours and be prepared to work a variety of shifts, including weekends on a rota basis. You will need to have excellent communication and team working skills, as well as a commitment to delivering exceptional nursing care.

We welcome applications from registered nurses with community experience, as well as those with a passion for working in the community. Graduate nurses with 1 year of post-graduation experience and those who have completed the Flying Start programme are also eligible to apply. Newly graduated nurses who are newly qualified can be considered for community posts, but should apply via the Newly Graduated Nurses programme.
