As a member of a multidisciplinary team, you will receive regional support and have access to a variety of training and online courses for professional development and advancement.
About Elysium Healthcare:
In your role, you will be part of Elysium Healthcare, a rehabilitation service dedicated to active rehabilitation for future community integration.
Service users may be detained under the Mental Health Act with a diagnosis of mental illness. Elysium Healthcare serves both men and women facing mental health issues, typically transitioning from acute or low secure facilities or the community.
As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will assist service users in maintaining connections, creating opportunities, and preparing for community living.
What you will receive:
- Annual salary of £23,692.50
- The equivalent of 33 days of annual leave (including Bank Holidays) – plus an additional day off for your birthday
