Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Manager to join our team. As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building customer loyalty, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies that meet our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Provide training and development to team members as needed
  • Plan and execute events, product launches, and promotions
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the luxury goods industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
