About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Surveyor to join our team at Innovus. As a key member of our property services team, you will play a crucial role in delivering market-leading solutions and professional services to our clients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Undertake mortgage and other valuations, including matrimonial, probate, and disrepair surveys.
  • Conduct site inspections and produce detailed reports using software and free text reports.
  • Have a minimum of two years' post-qualification experience and experience of carrying out Level 1, 2, and 3 residential surveys for private clients and/or lending institutions.
  • Be familiar with tablet technology for site note taking and have experience with Quest software, RightMove Surveyor Comparable tool, and Building Cost Information Service (BCIS) reinstatement valuation.
Requirements
  • MRICS or FRICS Chartered Surveyor qualification.
  • Experience of producing mortgage valuations, Red Book valuations for residential property, RICS Level 2 Surveys, RICS Level 3 Surveys, and Disrepair Surveys.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
