Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Services Manager (Registered Nurse/RGN/RMN) to join our friendly team at our care home in Liverpool. As a Clinical Services Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of clinical care is provided to our residents, exceeding professional standards and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialist nursing support and advice to colleagues
- Supervise and coach colleagues to provide exceptional care
- Ensure the care home meets regulatory and legal requirements
- Develop and implement care plans to meet individual resident needs
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) qualification
