In this position, you will uphold compliance with procurement, inventory management, and health & hygiene protocols, all while ensuring exceptional standards of food production, customer service, and sustainable sourcing practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior chefs to craft high-quality, consistent dishes.
  • Contribute to the creation of seasonal menus.
  • Supervise meal service in the absence of senior chefs, ensuring adherence to schedules and standards.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members, promoting standard recipes and maintaining stock levels.
  • Process orders, oversee inventory, and address delivery discrepancies while securing kitchen stores and minimizing waste.
  • Uphold the highest standards of food hygiene and health & safety, ensuring all dishes meet these criteria prior to service.
