Financial Services and B2B Global Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Services and B2B Global Operations Manager to join our team at Forseven. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for implementing the Financial Services strategy and B2B initiatives at the regional level, supporting the delivery of tailored financial solutions to drive sales.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement roll-out plans for Financial Services strategy and B2B initiatives
- Conduct market analyses and ensure complex business requirements are understood and backed by key stakeholders
- Collaborate with Sales, Aftersales, Product, Pricing, Brand, Customer Experience, and Finance teams to create a competitive customer offering
- Support the Head of Financial Services & B2B in advancing multiple business priorities simultaneously
- Bachelor's / master's degree in business administration, Finance, or related field
- Sound experience in Financial service solutions
- Entrepreneurial, out-of-the-box thinking to drive innovation and creativity in this role
- Excellent skills in PowerPoint and Excel
- Knowledge of insurance products is beneficial
