About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at a luxury hotel in Wales. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the fine dining restaurant, working closely with the F&B Manager, and ensuring the highest level of consistency in service and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and train the team to achieve exceptional service standards
- Oversee the preparation of menus, budgets, and forecasts
- Take responsibility for the recruitment and rota management of the department
- Report to the F&B Director
Requirements
- At least 2 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-end restaurant
- Strong leadership skills and a can-do attitude
- Excellent knowledge of the hospitality industry and a drive for exceptional service
- A dynamic and motivated individual
