About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join our team at Bairstow Eves Estate Agency in Southend-on-Sea. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and advice on a range of mortgage products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building Relationships: Develop strong relationships with our Estate Agency teams to provide training and support, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Business Development: Attract new customers and business, driving growth and revenue through targeted sales efforts.
  • Mortgage Advice: Provide expert advice on a range of mortgage products and services, ensuring customers receive tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in regular branch meetings to discuss best practices, share knowledge, and build lasting relationships with colleagues.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Hold a Full CeMAP or industry equivalent qualification.
  • Business Acumen: Proven ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
  • Customer Focus: Outstanding customer care and customer service experience, with a strong emphasis on building trust and rapport.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, internet, and email systems, with a Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
