We are seeking a highly skilled Protection Advisor to join our client's successful team at GCB Recruitment. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to leverage their expertise and build a successful career on an employed basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to provide tailored protection solutions.
- Write new protection business and convert booked appointments into sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain proactive ongoing customer contact.
- Adhere to sales structure, advice quality, and compliance guidance at all times.
- Achieve sales targets each month and contribute to the growth of the team.
Requirements:
- CeMap or equivalent qualifications.
- Experience in a protection adviser position.
- CAS Status.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
What We Offer:
- Basic Salary: £25,000 - £30,000.
- OTE: £60,000 - £90,000.
- Bespoke commission structure.
