As a Senior Cybersecurity Solutions Architect at JP Morgan Chase, within the Collaboration and Communication Product Security Team of the Corporate Sector, you will be a key member of a team dedicated to crafting top-tier cybersecurity solutions for various software applications and platform products. Leverage your extensive technical expertise and problem-solving skills to address a wide range of cybersecurity challenges across multiple technology domains.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the evaluation of existing and proposed platform infrastructure, processes, and controls, and oversee the assessment of new technologies using established standards and frameworks.
  • Conduct thorough analyses and generate reports to identify security vulnerabilities to safeguard data, applications, and infrastructure utilizing modern tools.
  • Perform security assessments and develop threat models.
  • Provide ongoing technical guidance and direction to support business units, engineering teams, product managers, and vendors.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and senior leadership to recommend strategies for mitigating vulnerabilities and enhancing application, platform, and data storage security.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in one or more areas of application or infrastructure security.
  • Encourage peers and project decision-makers to consider the adoption and secure deployment of innovative technologies and methodologies.
  • Contribute to a team culture that values diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Formal training or certification in cybersecurity with over 5 years of practical experience in one or more platform-centric security domains (e.g., threat modeling, vulnerability assessments, encryption, IAM, network protocols, software development, API integration).
  • Familiarity with various security frameworks and guidelines (e.g., OWASP, NIST, ISO) and experience aligning design documentation and architecture with relevant industry standards and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience in delivering enterprise-level cybersecurity solutions and controls.
  • Advanced understanding of cybersecurity architecture, applications, and technical processes, with substantial knowledge in SaaS, public cloud, AI, ML, and LLMs.
  • Experience with cybersecurity architecture for Enterprise Video and Voice solutions.
  • Ability to independently address design and functionality challenges with minimal oversight.
  • Capability to assess current and emerging technologies to recommend optimal solutions for future architecture and enterprise integrations.
  • Proven track record of leading projects from inception to completion.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex technical topics to a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Experience and/or advanced knowledge of architecture, applications, and technical processes related to enterprise-scale applications, platform design, API design frameworks, software development, and cloud storage solutions.
