Job Summary:

iO Associates is partnering with a major global banking group to find an experienced security solution architect. The ideal candidate will have extensive cybersecurity expertise and be responsible for managing end-to-end solution design and delivering architecture design documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end solution design and delivery of architecture design documents
  • Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies, principles, standards, and patterns
  • Present and share solutions with design authorities and senior leadership & stakeholders
  • Experience in operational and transformation cybersecurity roles or a clear understanding of both perspectives
  • Experience working in large-scale IT transformation programmes

Requirements:

  • Extensive cybersecurity expertise in security operations & incident response, threat & vulnerability management, identity & access management, cryptography, infrastructure, network, application, data, cloud
  • Experience in Jira for project & tasks management, Confluence for documentation, and leadership & Teamwork experience
  • Proven experience managing risk in projects and dependency management
  • Masters or doctorate degree in cybersecurity, computer science, software engineering, or related field
  • CISSP/CISM certification or other broad cybersecurity industry-recognised certificate

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SABSA or TOGAF certified
