We are seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Spray Painter to join our workshop team in Murray Bridge, SA. As a Spray Painter, you will be responsible for spray painting vehicles in a well-established and supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities- Remove rough spots on vehicle panels
- Treat vehicles with proofing chemicals
- Sand surfaces by hand and with power sanders
- Mask areas not to be painted with tape and paper
- Colour match and mix paints to match paint shades, and select pre-mixed paint
- Apply primer and finishing coats using spray-guns, and sand surfaces between
We are looking for a driven and reliable individual with a passion for the industry. To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Certificate III in Automotive Refinish or at least three years of relevant experience. You will also need to be able to use a pneumatic-powered spray gun and perform minor mechanical repairs.
