Role Overview:
As a Client Partner for IT Services at TestYantra Software Solutions, you will be responsible for building and managing client relationships at the CxO level. This role requires a strong understanding of global delivery models and methodologies, as well as the ability to present and interact at senior levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our footprint in the IT services market.
- Manage multi-million USD accounts across various geographies, ensuring strong account management and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects and grow the account.
- Facilitate delivery teams to present successes and grow the account.
- Generate leads by interacting with customers in various lines of business.
- Present and publish proposals, including proactive ones and responses to RFP/RFIs.
- Interact with procurement and supplier relationship teams to maintain a smooth flow of contracts, invoices, and payments.
- Achieve sales strategic objectives defined by TestYantra Software Solutions.
- Coordinate sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting.
- Report directly to the Group Client Partner.
Requirements:
- At least 5 to 15 years of overall experience in selling IT services in Tier-1 or Tier-2 competitive organizations.
- Strong knowledge of global delivery models and methodologies.
- Familiarity with cross-selling various service lines for customers.
- Ability to present and interact at CxO levels, with consultative sales capability.
- Ability to work and collaborate across other teams in various service lines and anchor together for the account.
- Ability to manage multi-cultural teams and travel to different client locations.
- Exposure to delivery, sales, or pre-sales roles.
- Strong account management skills, with experience in building and managing client relationships at the CxO level.
