Technical Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Technical Consultant to join our innovative Output Management Consultancy. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the sales process by providing technical assistance, proof of concepts, and configuration of demonstration environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend customer meetings and provide technical guidance from a pre-sales and consultancy perspective
  • Deliver development and delivery services in line with best practices
  • Liaise directly with customers and manage own workloads
  • Produce and document functional design reports
  • Provide support and ensure effective call management
Requirements:
  • Good technical understanding with experience working as a Technical Consultant
  • Skills in SQL, including reading and writing SQL queries
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Valid UK Driving License
  • Computer Science Degree or relevant experience
  • Technical experience with Microsoft Dynamics, JavaScript, Microsoft Azure, JSON, and XML is desirable
