Unlock Your Potential as a Technical Consultant

Fynity is seeking a skilled Technical Consultant to join our innovative Output Management Consultancy. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the sales process by providing technical assistance, proof of concepts, and configuration of demonstration environments.

Working in a dynamic and expanding consulting team, you will receive comprehensive training on our leading Output Management solution. Your responsibilities will include engaging with partners in the banking world, supporting the commercial team with customer engagement, and shaping the role to suit your long-term goals.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Technical Consultant looking to make a real impact and progress through the ranks. You will have the flexibility to work remotely, with regular office visits to our Cambridge base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend customer meetings and provide technical advice from a pre-sales and consultancy perspective
  • Provide development and delivery services in line with best practices
  • Liaise directly with customers and manage your own workloads
  • Produce and document functional design reports
  • Provide support and ensure effective call management

Requirements:

  • Good technical understanding with experience working as a Technical Consultant
  • Skills in SQL, including reading and writing SQL queries
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Valid UK Driving License
  • Computer Science Degree or relevant experience
  • Desirable technical experience with Microsoft Dynamics, JavaScript, Microsoft Azure, JSON, and XML
