Your Role:

As a vital member of our culinary team, your duties will encompass:
  • Maintaining cleanliness across all areas and equipment within the food service department, utilizing the correct cleaning agents and adhering to manufacturer guidelines.
  • Delivering meals and beverages to patients, staff, and visitors with professionalism and a customer-centric approach.
  • Assisting in the receipt and proper storage of incoming supplies.
  • Ensuring that all kitchenware, including pots and dishes, are thoroughly cleaned and stored correctly.
  • Executing all tasks efficiently to support the production and distribution of our hospitality services.
  • Participating in the management of kitchen documentation.

Qualifications for Success:

To excel in the role of Culinary Support Staff, you should possess:
  • Understanding of COSHH and HACCP regulations.
  • Experience in a similar position.
  • Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques (essential).
  • Familiarity with menu planning and cost management.
