We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Cashier to join our team on a temporary basis. As a Legal Cashier, you will be responsible for processing over 500 bills per month, raising pre-bills for the firm, and reviewing weekly pre-bills in the system with matter managers/partners.

About the Role:

  • Process and manage a high volume of bills, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Raise pre-bills for the firm, working closely with matter managers and partners to ensure timely and accurate billing.
  • Review and verify payments on the online banking platform, ensuring all transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Apply mark-ups and mark-downs as required, ensuring compliance with firm policies and procedures.
  • Enter and verify payments on the online banking platform, ensuring all transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Prepare and review various reports on a monthly basis, providing insights and recommendations to improve billing processes.
  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure seamless billing processes and timely payment.

Working Style:

  • 3 days a week in office, with a hybrid working style.
