Job Title: Nursery Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursery Manager to join our team at Blom and Blom. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our nursery to deliver high-quality care and education to our children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of nursery staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and education to our children.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the nursery.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and education provided to our children.
- Work closely with our senior management team to achieve our business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including Ofsted and EYFS.
Requirements:
- Minimum 18 months nursery management experience.
- Strong management and leadership skills.
- Sound working knowledge of Ofsted standards and the EYFS framework.
