About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Courier Pay Analyst to join our team at Evri. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for the management, processing, and reporting of courier pay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pay Process Management: Develop and implement processes and reporting to ensure accurate pay, taking into consideration the needs of various stakeholders.
  • Pay Accuracy and Compliance: Take ownership of pay accuracy, analyzing all available information to identify potential issues and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the delivery teams and senior leadership to address questions and issues regarding pay rates.
  • Pay Model Analysis: Analyze various pay models and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously improve existing processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Reporting Experience: Proven experience in a reporting environment or equivalent skill set.
  • Organizational and Communication Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and analytical thinking skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, or equivalent visualization tools, with good Excel skills.
  • Additional Skills: Knowledge of Python in analytics is advantageous.
