Tandem Property Asset Management is a leading independent property asset management partnership, comprising a dedicated team of professionals. With 75 employees across four national offices, we manage approximately 1,200 retail, office, industrial, and residential properties.

Graduate Scheme Overview

This two-year graduate scheme offers a unique opportunity to work within our commercial property management teams, completing APC competencies to varying levels. We will sponsor your MRICS qualification and provide a mentor to guide your professional development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work within commercial property management teams across various asset classes
  • Complete APC competencies to varying levels
  • Develop strong communication and people skills
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to the job
  • Perform under pressure

Requirements

  • Grade C or above in all A-Levels and GCSEs
  • Minimum of a 2:1 in a property estate management undergraduate degree or a 2:1 in any undergraduate degree with a merit in a real estate related postgraduate degree
