Job Summary:

Talent Finder Careers is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring all security systems are operating smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out fault finding and new installation on customers' equipment, including senior call systems, nurse call, CCTV, fire alarms, auto doors, smoke vent, and intruder alarms.
  • Work in a dynamic environment, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience working with small tools is essential.
  • Qualifications in security and fire would be desirable.
  • Full driving license required, with a small number of points accepted.
  • DBS check carried out prior to employment.
