Job Title: Aesthetic Field Service Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team at Luton Bennett. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned maintenance and breakdown coverage on a range of forklifts and associated equipment in Cambridge and West Suffolk.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Carry out PPM and breakdown on materials handling machinery on a field service engineering basis
  2. Reactive breakdown coverage within the allocated geographical area
  3. Complete comprehensive training to get fully competent on all machinery and equipment
  4. Spares placed in van overnight

Requirements:

  1. Plant, forklifts, HGV, agricultural or similar equipment, automotive technicians/motor trade will also be suitable
  2. Engine diagnostics and some basic electrical skills
  3. Ideally hold a level 3 or equivalent in a relevant subject
