Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team at Thales. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to our programs and bid teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide financial planning and analysis to support program reviews, including scenario analysis and risk management.
  • Partner with program managers and bid finance teams to ensure robust financial governance and operational management.
  • Deliver program financials within contractual baselines, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Coordinate with program management, finance, and accounts receivable to ensure accurate revenue recognition and compliance with contractual terms.
  • Support internal and external auditors' reviews and ensure timely provision of documentation and account reconciliations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with 5+ years of relevant experience or a Master's degree in Finance or Accounting with 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • Financial analysis and modeling experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and planning.
  • Prior experience working with bids and program finance, including risk assessment and management.
  • Financial systems experience, including SAP or similar systems.
  • Strong computer skills, including advanced Microsoft Excel and Access knowledge.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and adapt to a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
