About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our team at Boldyn Networks. As a key member of our accounting team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless financial operations, maintaining strong vendor and customer relationships, and contributing to the financial success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly balance sheet reconciliations and accruals
  • Collaborate with numerous departments and internal and external auditors
  • Perform analytical review of monthly operating results and accounting workbooks and ensure compliance with SOX
  • Participate in the preparation of the Company's consolidated results
  • Monitor and review high volume of transactions for a variety of service lines
  • Educate accounts payable on detailed GL coding using our automated A/P workflow solution
  • Prepare and analyze quarterly and annual CAM reconciliations
  • Work with the Asset Management team to ensure lease terms are being entered into our systems accurately and timely

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required from an accredited university, with a minimum of three years of experience in Accounting/Finance
  • Strong GAAP knowledge required, CPA license a plus
  • Public Accounting experience is preferred but not required
  • Real estate and/or telecommunication and manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Adobe Acrobat
  • JD Edwards, CoStar, Tungsten, and/or CoStar experience a plus
