About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as a Strategic Operations Director for our North Lincolnshire estate. As a key member of our Property Leadership Team, you will be responsible for the overall strategic and operational leadership of our properties in North Lincolnshire, including Gunby Estate, Hall and Gardens; Monksthorpe Chapel; Tattershall Castle and Sandilands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve visitor experiences
  • Lead a team of department heads and work with national and regional specialists to deliver our conservation and commercial objectives
  • Develop new ways to engage our supporters and deliver great experiences
  • Ensure that all operations are safe and managed to the highest standards
  • Manage key partner relationships on behalf of the organisation, both internally and externally
