We are seeking a Senior Executive in Conversion Rate Optimization to join our team, with the flexibility to work from various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee conversion optimization initiatives for clients and provide guidance to Managers on key accounts.
  2. Utilize a data-driven approach to website enhancement through both quantitative and qualitative techniques to gain a comprehensive understanding of our clients' offerings and their customer base.
  3. Manage the complete execution of experimentation for our clients, aimed at boosting performance. This may involve A/B testing, redesigning pages or journeys, optimizing the acquisition process, enhancing site speed, or exploring other relevant alternatives.
  4. Formulate evidence-based hypotheses using client insights derived from data, research, and previous tests to shape your optimization strategies.
  5. Coordinate and assist our designers, developers, web analysts, and UX researchers on client deliverables, ensuring their output meets the required standards.
  6. Track ongoing A/B tests and relay findings to our clients.
  7. Facilitate client meetings and maintain clear and timely communication with both clients and our internal team.
  8. Act as the project coordinator for the client and broader team, collecting and sharing updates on activities, while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are upheld.
  9. Guide and mentor Executives and Assistants to enhance their skill sets.

Experience & Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should be adept at managing multiple client optimization projects simultaneously, requiring the following skill sets:

  • Enthusiastic about consumer behavior, enhancing online experiences, and possessing an interest in broader digital marketing activities.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, particularly in CRO or UX, with the capability to implement and execute strategies to enhance digital performance.
  • Experience in project management, preferably within the digital marketing realm.
  • Ability to effectively manage your workload to deliver optimal results for multiple clients; proactively taking on tasks, achieving desired outcomes, and prioritizing activities to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset to work alongside a diverse team of strategists, designers, developers, researchers, and web analysts.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to lead client discussions and present activities clearly and concisely.
  • Capability to build strong relationships with client stakeholders.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and development, whether through guidance from senior team members or by taking advantage of the numerous training opportunities available.

Preferred Qualifications:

While we do not expect candidates to possess expertise in every aspect of digital marketing, UX, and CRO, we value individuals with relevant experience and a strong desire to learn. Experience in any of the following areas may enhance your candidacy:

  • Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify insights and trends.
  • Experience with research methodologies including surveys, remote research, moderated research, guerrilla research, and customer interviews.
  • Knowledge of website management, whether in e-commerce, content creation, or lead generation.
  • Understanding of UX design principles.
  • Leadership experience, whether through direct management or mentoring.
