Join Our Team as a Paramedic Functional Assessor

We are seeking a skilled Paramedic to join our team as a Functional Assessor. As a Paramedic Functional Assessor, you will play a crucial role in assessing individuals with a range of physical and mental health conditions, providing comprehensive reports to support the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) decision-making process.

About the Role

As a Paramedic Functional Assessor, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting thorough assessments with individuals, gathering information about their health conditions and how they impact their daily life
  • Interpreting medical evidence and gathering findings into comprehensive reports
  • Working autonomously, using your clinical expertise to make informed decisions
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • NMC or HCPC registration
  • At least 1 year's broad post-registration experience in the UK
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
