Key Responsibilities:

* Register and receipt classified data and media in a central database
* Provide packaged and labelled CD's / DVD's to the correct branding standard for inclusion in product deliveries
* Ensure all documentation and media is correctly classified for its means of delivery
* Ensure all physical media used i.e. CD's / DVD's / USB's SD Cards have been virus checked using the company provided facilities

Requirements:

* Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
* Good communication skills, able to converse at all levels and promote good relationships with internal customers, external organisations whilst encouraging a positive security culture
* Experience in a similar role within a defence company environment would be desirable
