About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief of Staff to join our team at Bain and Gray. As a key member of our leadership team, you will provide critical support to our CEO and play a pivotal role in driving commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing expert guidance and support on key issues and decisions.
  • Facilitate business relationships with senior stakeholders, including government officials and key partners.
  • Work closely with policy specialists to develop and implement key messages and communications.
  • Support the CEO in executing key accountabilities, including strategic planning and performance monitoring.
  • Manage the daily running of the CEO's office, including budget management and liaison with the board and executive committee.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of working in the pensions industry, preferably in a senior operational role.
  • Strong communication and diplomacy skills, with the ability to work with senior executives and stakeholders.
  • Excellent people management skills, with experience of managing a small team.
  • Ability to translate complex information into meaningful business communications.
  • Excellent written and research skills, with the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
