Retail Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Retail Store Manager to join our team at Sue Ryder. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing stock, and leading a volunteer team to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and meet targets.
- Manage stock processes to ensure the shop is well-merchandised with fresh, seasonal stock at all times.
- Recruit, train, and retain a volunteer team, providing leadership and guidance to ensure high standards of customer service and sales performance.
- Work closely with the local community to generate sufficient donated stock to drive sales and support the charity's mission.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Sue Ryder, supporting in-store campaigns to promote the brand and national fundraising initiatives.
