Retail Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Retail Store Manager to join our team at Sue Ryder. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing stock, and leading a volunteer team to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and meet targets
- Manage stock processes to ensure a well-merchandised store with fresh, seasonal stock at all times
- Recruit, train, and retain a volunteer team, providing leadership and guidance to ensure high standards of customer service and store operations
- Work closely with the local community to generate donated stock and promote the Sue Ryder brand
- Act as a brand ambassador for Sue Ryder, supporting in-store campaigns and national fundraising initiatives
