Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at Vistry Group Careers. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Sales Hub, ensuring a seamless customer journey and taking ownership of the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the Sales Hub, including customer interactions and sales progress.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the sales process.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric approach.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales and customer-facing roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
