Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the financial aspects during the execution phase of renewable energy initiatives.
  • Oversee the bidding process for consultants, contractors, and suppliers, delivering essential reports and insights.
  • Draft contractual documents for significant suppliers and contractors, ensuring adherence to legal and financial standards.
  • Manage valuations, payments, claims, and the resolution of Final Accounts, along with other financial matters throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with the project team to resolve financial issues related to land, planning, technical, finance, services, and sales agreements.
  • Execute project management duties during the development and construction phases as necessary.
  • Foster key relationships to reduce conflicts and reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Contribute to the growth of a diverse and skilled team for effective succession planning and talent enhancement.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in quantity surveying or a related commercial construction qualification.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a commercial construction role.
  • Experience on the client side within the renewable energy or related development sectors.
