Care Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team at CareTech UK. As a Care Team Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services to our service users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the day-to-day delivery of care services to ensure service user needs are met.
  • Manage the care team in the absence of the manager.
  • Coordinate the service and participate in reviews to reassess person-centred support plans.
  • Undertake regular supervisions with staff and act as a skills coach.
  • Participate in the recruitment of staff within an equal opportunities framework.
Requirements:
  • 12 months experience in a caring environment.
  • Health and Social Care Level 3 qualification.
  • Good communication skills and ability to engage with service users.
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Passionate about making a difference in someone's life.
