Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary point of contact for IT support inquiries and challenges, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Collaborate closely with our service desk team to ensure prompt and efficient resolution of technical issues.
  • Research and implement better ticketing systems to boost service desk efficiency.
  • Identify patterns, create new procedures, and update documentation to improve technical support processes.
  • Work in tandem with EUC Support Engineers to escalate complex issues to Senior Infrastructure Engineers as needed.

Requirements:

  • Skilled in supporting Windows 8/10/11, Microsoft 365 (including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and the Office Suite).
  • Familiarity with Endpoint Manager and Conditional Access policies.
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory (both Windows Server and Azure).
  • Experienced in desktop support using Microsoft InTune and Autopilot.
  • Capable of providing Windows Server support.
  • Ability to support Mac operating systems.
  • Understanding of networking concepts (firewalls, routers, switches).
