About the Role

Vissensa, a leading Managed Service Provider, is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Service Desk team, you will provide 1st and 2nd line support to our clients, ensuring seamless IT operations and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support at client sites, utilizing Remote Monitoring Tools for proactive maintenance and support.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service through effective ticket management, responding efficiently to customer requests and enquiries.
  • Collaborate with existing IT teams on customer sites, integrating seamlessly and utilizing technical documentation to advise clients on IT updates and changes.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain infrastructure, including laptops, workstations, servers, and networking equipment.
Requirements
  • Proven 2nd line experience in a Service Desk environment, with strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Hands-on experience with Office 365 Cloud services, Microsoft domain infrastructure, and backup solutions.
  • Expertise in networking fundamentals, including switches, firewalls, and routers.
  • Ability to document third-party applications and support service providers.
