We are seeking a skilled HVAC Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team at Pertemps TM. As a dynamic and rapidly growing business, we offer a secure role with exciting growth plans.
This is a mobile service engineer position, requiring the ability to travel from job to job. You will be working across multiple sites within the London and M25 Orbital area, carrying out servicing and repairs in the public and private sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all aspects of HVAC maintenance, Building Services PPMs, and reactive works.
- First point of contact for all A/C issues.
- Diagnose faults on various air conditioning systems and carry out necessary remedial repairs.
- Fault finding on all forms of Air Conditioning, including Splits, VRF, DX & AHU's.
- Have a good understanding of Controls and wiring.
- Have a basic understanding of BMS Controls.
- Apprenticeship served within the air conditioning industry.
Requirements:
- Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent.
- 2079 Safe Handling of Refrigerants (F-Gas).
- Full Driving Licence.
- Experienced with service, maintenance, fault finding, and repair.
Package:
- £45/50k per year.
- 40 hours (Monday to Friday).
- 23 days' annual holiday (plus paid Bank Holidays).
