About the Role- Lead a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care and support services, ensuring that all aspects of care are met, including accessing the local community for activities and socialization.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement quality assurance processes, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards.
- Be part of the On Call rota for the service and contribute to the development of the team.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of care staff, ensuring that they are equipped to provide high-quality care and support.
- Conduct regular quality audits to ensure that our services meet the highest standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement policies and procedures, ensuring that they are aligned with our organization's values and mission.
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards this qualification.
- Ability to work flexibly, including sleep-in sessions, and be part of the On Call rota.
- Competitive hourly rate of £45.
- Additional £60 per sleep-in session.
- Generous Annual Leave entitlement of 25 days + 8 days bank holiday for the first 5 years, increasing to 28 days + 8 days bank holiday after 5 years.
