About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Development Underwriter to join our team at IPS Group, a global brand with a significant presence across the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and growing our Property and Casualty business in the mid-market space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow our Property and Casualty business in the mid-market space
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with brokers and other stakeholders
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and provide expert underwriting advice
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and development
