Care Professional Recruiter

Job Purpose
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment & Retention Officer to join our team at Home Instead. The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting, recruiting, and retaining high-quality Care Professionals to meet the needs of our business.
The Role
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the local community.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring compliance with legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Care Professionals, clients, and stakeholders to promote Home Instead as an employer of choice.
- Utilize social media, marketing campaigns, and other digital tools to promote our brand and attract candidates.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment data to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless integration of recruitment activities with business operations.
- Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet future business needs.
- Ensure compliance with Home Instead's Equality, Diversity, and Equal Opportunities policy.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and retain high-quality Care Professionals to meet business needs.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, and selection.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Care Professionals, clients, and stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment data to inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless integration of recruitment activities with business operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in recruitment and retention, preferably in the care industry.
- Strong understanding of legislation and regulatory requirements related to recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with Care Professionals, clients, and stakeholders.
- Experience with social media and digital marketing tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.
