About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Sales Support Specialist to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our external sales team by processing orders and quotes, responding to customer requests, and making inbound and outbound calls to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process orders and quotes in a timely and accurate manner
  • Respond to customer requests and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Make inbound and outbound calls to customers to resolve issues and provide support
  • Support the external sales team by providing administrative assistance and data entry
Requirements
  • Internal sales support experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • GCSE level education (including Maths and English Language)
