Your Role as a Bank Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN/RNLD)
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated RMN/RNLD nurses to join our bank team. You will play a vital role in providing high-quality care, supporting individuals on their recovery journey, and contributing to a positive and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional nursing care based on individual needs and assessments
- Collaborate with the management team to enhance service quality, conduct audits, and implement improvements
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills
- Develop and maintain comprehensive care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Administer medications safely and effectively within established guidelines
- Current NMC registration as an RMN/RNLD
- Strong understanding of current nursing practices and best practices in mental health care
- Commitment to patient recovery, risk management, and promoting service user independence
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills
