Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the workflow allocation to the production facility
  • Process incoming work orders, ensuring accurate stock updates and proper scrap allocation
  • Generate Bills of Lading for all work orders with precision and efficiency
  • Negotiate shipping rates with carriers and freight service providers
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure shipping terms align with orders, preventing delays due to errors
  • Maintain and manage relevant documentation to ensure legal compliance
  • Uphold 5S standards consistently

Required Qualifications

  • Strong educational background
