We will thoughtfully pair you with clients in your local area, assisting them in leading joyful, independent lives by offering:

  • Companionship and assistance around the home.
  • Meal preparation and support.
  • Medication prompting and assistance.
  • Personal care support, including dressing.
  • Social visits and help with appointments and shopping.

Home Instead stands out in the caregiving sector as all our visits last a minimum of one hour. We believe this time is essential for building meaningful connections with our clients and making a genuine difference in their lives every day.

As a Care Professional at Home Instead, you will benefit from industry-leading training, competitive pay rates, and round-the-clock support from our office team.

  • Competitive pay rates, starting at £28.00 per hour, with guaranteed hours contracts tailored to your lifestyle.
  • Options for full-time or part-time hours.
  • All visits are a minimum of one hour.
  • Mileage reimbursement, ranging from 30p to 45p per mile.

If you have a talent for brightening people's days, you already have the foundation to become an exceptional Care Professional, as no prior caregiving experience is necessary. All your paid training will occur at our office with our award-winning training team.

Additional Information

We require that you have a means of transportation, as clients are primarily cared for in their own homes or may need assistance with appointments or outings.
