Job Summary

We're seeking experienced and compassionate Support Workers to join our team. As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in providing care and support to individuals with varying needs, including those with learning difficulties, complex care needs, mental health needs, dementia, and older adults.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as eating, drinking, and personal care
  • Prepare and plan meals, promoting healthy eating habits
  • Encourage independence and participation in daily activities
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need to:

  • Be over 18 years old
  • Have the right to work in the UK
  • Be flexible with travel, with some shifts requiring driving or access to public transport
  • Have a good standard of English and effective communication skills
  • Hold an enhanced DBS, which can be applied for upon registration (with a £45.40 fee, refundable after a set period of work)
